A past arm balancing workshop
This workshop is appropriate for all levels, no prior Ashtanga Yoga experience is necessary. General arm balancing techniques will be covered with tips and building a solid foundation. Then we will apply this to some specific arm balancing postures (Bakasana, Mayurasana, Bhujapidasana, Ashtavakrasana...). All postures and techniques will be thoroughly broken down with detailed explanations making it accessible for all - beginners or advanced. Call or e-mail for further info.
